Virus

Hi so I clicked onto a website too watch a free movie it took me to another website and then said my iPad had 2 viruses on it . Now the thing is it told me to download an app but my iPad isn't letting me download any apps is there any way I could get these viruses off my iPad without using any apps ? URGENT!!!!! and it says 28.5% is been virused

iPad is incapable of contracting a virus or any other type of malware. This is a popup in your iPad's web browser. You can dismiss this message and continue using your iPad.
