hdmi input on mac mini

I am looking to capture HDMI video from a security system and run it through a Mac Mini (2018) and also display the video on a monitor. So, HDMI in and HDMI out. Is this possible on a Mac Mini (2018)?

You will need a HDMI capture card. Here is an example of one from Amazon.
