I can’t log into App Store on my phone
I can’t log into AppStore’ on my phone it keeps saying my account has been locked. I’ve changed the password of my Apple ID logged out, switched off the phone, logged back in but still can’t access my AppStore
I just tried the contact Apple Support for help link from https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
on my computer in the U.S. and it is working there (with a wait time of 2 minutes or less for a call back).
Not sure why it isn't working for you (or if the No SIM is a factor).
