My Brother MFC7340 is no longer compatible since I added OSMacCatalina. My printer still works but not my scanner. I downloaded the drivers from the Brother's site but still not working.
Thank you, I tried the macOS Image Capture and was able to scan my document.
If all else fails re scanning give VueScan a try. It will run in demo mode so you can see if it will suit you needs before purchasing.
So this is a USB-connected Brother MFC-7340, with the following drivers loaded, and there are issues scanning?

If you’ve tried the macOS Image Capture app, and have followed the troubleshooting tips, and have tried removing and re-adding the scanner, and have rebooted, and are still having problems? If so, then check with Brother support, as this is intended to work.
