My I phone 6 always switch to silent mode . Can some one help
After updating to new iOS 12.4.3 the phone keeo switching to silent mode

If it is switching to silent mode, that can only be done by the physical mute switch on the side of the phone. Is there a case interfering with the switch? If not, then you may need to make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple.
