Why does my iPhone keep switching to silent mode
Silent mode refers to the side switch. You presumably mean Notifications are silent.
Usually there is some Focus mode cutting in either scheduled or positional (Like Driving)
I would delete all Focus entities and start again

No, not that.. switches on its own to silent mode. Have no idea why ..thanks for responding.
If you mean the switch moves across on its own, I would tape it over.
