hi! I wish to ask how to setup the VPN for free. I am located in Malaysia country. Before I updated to iOS 13.2.3 my VPN was still fine and after updated it was deleted and I have re-setup which by mean, I do not know where can I get the setting information from for free. Please assist.

Hi thank you for the explanation. My purpose to use VPN when I need to connect and access to the company’s server as we do need to use our own hotspot to be able to resuming our works. Hence in order to be able to connect to the network of the company’s server, we would need a VPN to turn on. Previously , I was able to use my hotspot and also the token (our company use the RSA token) to connect to the company’s server. Thus, I don’t understand why now it has gone. I realised it happened after the iOS got updated. :(
Suggest you contact your company IT administrator - They will have the credentials for your corporate VPN and provided you are authorised should be able to help you set up your devise correctly.
