Transfer content to a new phone

I tried transferring my content from my old phone to my new phone and it did not all transfer. How do I get it all to transfer?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

What method did you use?

Try this --> Set up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
