Installing garage band older version

I recently restored my iPhone XS Max on iOS 12.4.1 from the recent backup that have garage band installed now after restoring back. The app would not download as the recent update requires you to be on iOS 13 which I don’t want to install is there a way to get an older version of the app installed which I had before restoring thanks

I’ve stayed on iOS 12.2 as any version after that breaks my Guitar input Sonic Port VX. I started getting Dbfile errors this week and unfortunately decided to reset/reinstall GarageBand and now it won’t install at all unless I upgrade to iOS 13 (which breaks my guitar port)
