Please help me open my IPhone which is on the way to be updated but I don’t know ID Apple exactly

My mother bought IPhone 5S for me 2 years ago. ID apple and password was kept in the box of the IPhone. But because she does not know so she threw the box. I chose updating IOS and the problem started. Now I can not open my IPhone...

I feel so upset now. Do you have any way to help me open my IPhone now? I don’t remember exactly my IPhone ID apple and password. My mother bought it and the staff of the store wrote ID apple information and password in the paper inside the box of the IPhone but my mother doesn’t know so she threw it away.

See if you/she can recover the ID/password.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
