AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss

Hi,

My name is John; I have a question please? I’m thinking about purchasing the iPhone 11 Pro, and trade-in

my iPhone Xs Max. The question I have, my AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss protection expires: 1/6/21. If I purchase the new 11 Pro, will my warranty transfer from my Xs Max to the 11 Pro?

It doesn't transfer to a new device but you can cancel it for a partial refund. See: How to manage your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
