AppleCare with Theft and Loss
i am trading my iphone 11 pro max to iphone 13 pro max , can I transfer my remaining months of AppleCare with Theft and Loss to my new iphone 13 pro max

You might be able to or you will have to cancel and start a new policy. I would call AppleCare and get someone on the phone to do it.
AppleCare+ covers accidental damage, not theft & loss.
Brian, in addition to AppleCare + you can purchase Theft and Loss coverage through Apple for the iPhone. In the US it is provided by AIG.
