I can’t pull up any pictures from a device on my iCloud account that device was stolen it was backed up but for a few months my 50gb storage wasn’t paid for because it was pulled from an account that no longer was active. Now on my new device it shows I have nothing on my iCloud from that device how do I get all my pictures back?

How can I recover my iCloud pictures? my iphone 11 got stolen a few weeks ago and i got my old phone iphone 8 and i logged in my new apple id and none of my pictures from my 11 was on their i then logged on a computer and when to icloud.com to check and it said i have no pictures on there and im trying to figure out how i can recover them [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You can log in to icloud.com to view the photos.
