Weird Green Rectangles Come and Go during Rotation (Lock Screen)

Hi,

When the screen is locked, if I rotate the iPad and change orientation, the boxes show up on my 11in iPad Pro. Still exists after updates... if the iPad is in landscape and shows the lock screen, the boxes appear when I switch to portrait. If it is already in portrait, they show up when I switch to landscape. They appear after a rotation change and only show on the lock screen. It doesn’t appear to solely be a screen issue as it shows up in screenshots (as shown below):

Really weird, hey? Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
