Apple trade in still not received what I'm owed

It's been over two month now and I traded my old iPad Pro 9.7 in with the new iPad Pro 2018.


When I had received my new iPad pro and sent the old one off for the trade in, I returned the new iPad with in the 14 days after purchase.


So I asked what would happen with me old iPad pro 9.7 they said that it won't be returned rather they would send the estimated value into my bank account.


I've been calling in every week and they keep asking me for my bank details and when they say they are going to process it, I shall receive my money with in 7 working days and every week I give them my details but it's been over 2 months now.

I've not called in for 2 weeks now

Can anyone help me with my issue☹️

Are you in an area where Apple has a third party company it partners with (Brightstar)? If so, do you have the address or other contact details of that company? Also, do you have pics of the condition of your iPad before sending it in and had the shipment insured? Brightstar does not appear to have a stellar reputation from what I've read here. I would write them a snail mail letter, copying Apple at their corporate address.
