Iphone Trade in

Hi, I have just ordered an iPhone 13 Pro, but delivery is 30 Nov-7 Dec. I'm trading in a phone which needs to be returned within 14 days?? I cannot run my business without a phone! Are there any solutions to this? Thanks W

Trade In Return Are there any exceptions to the 14 day period of returning your trade in during the holidays? I recently purchased a new iPhone for my grandson as a Christmas present and the return packaging just showed up today. Since he is still using his old phone the cat would be out of the bag if I have to repo it in order to send it in!

Trade In I recently bought the new iPhone SE but now within 14 calendar days. I am not satisfied with its performance and would like to return it. How would I do so even though it is not within 14 calendar days of buying it?

The trade in kit will arrive a day or two after you receive the new phone.

The time limit starts when you receive the trade in kit.
