iphone 7 disabled

What do I do if my iphone says disabled connect to itunes, but my itunes won't recognise it. I think it needs a software update but how do I do this when I can't connect to itunes? I tried forcing a restart but it won't show me the itunes cord symbol, it just goes back to the disabled screen. I got it to show me "run diagnostics" screen once, but then it just says 'get support and repair for your apple products visit www.apple.com/support. HOW CAN I DO THIS WHEN MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK AHHHHGGGHHH.

See the instructions here for handling a phone that has been disabled. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
