so is there any other way to get activation lock off i bought this iphone 7 from someone off facebook and its activation locked and the person i bought it from has blocked me and i have noway to get ahold of them

Unfortunately not. There is no way to remove Activation Lock from an iPhone if you are unable to contact the seller. The iPhone is useless.
Unfortunately, it also doesn't appear Facebook offers any protection against non-working items.
