“PAYMENT METHOD DECLINE” problem.

Hello there.

Now i am not in US, but i have an US Region Account on my IPAD.

I want to add payment method to my US Region Apple ID.

My credit cards origin is out of Unites States. And APPLE do not accept my credit card for my US Region Apple ID.

I do not want to change my accounts region to the country which i live in now. Because i want to buy a book which is selling only in APPLE US Region Store.

I want to buy this book which is in US Region Store.

Also PAY PAL has a same problem with my out of US origin credit card.

How can i fix it ?

You need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. There isn't a way to get around that requirement.
