Unable to cancel subscriptions on my daughters Ipad

my daughters iPad is broken and not being repaired (it’s ancient!) I’m being charged for the apps on her Apple ID (which required approval through family sharing) but I can’t access her subscriptions through my own Apple ID.

I am able to login to her Apple ID through some sections of the Apple website but every link that asks me to view / manage subscriptions takes me out of the page I’m on and takes me to somewhere I’m still logged in with my own Apple ID. Honestly, I despair!! I can’t log out of my ID on the apps for whatever reason.

why on earth can’t I cancel the subscriptions through the master Apple ID 🙄 Couldn’t be more difficult if it tried. Please help me 😭
