I deleted my mail app on my phone and got it back, but now it won't let me log in it said something like "cloud not sing in" " this iCloud account has already been added to your Iphone"

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand from the information you provided that you’re not having luck adding your iCloud account to your iPhone; I'd like to help.
Just to verify, you're using the steps found in this article:
Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Keep in mind if the account already appears in Settings > Passwords & Accounts, you may need to remove it and then add it at back again for it to appear in Mail.

I have the same problem except settings will bot allow me to remove my icloud email saying “your email address cannot be removed: go to imessage and facetime settings”. Funny thing is I am not even using my icloud email for those services...
