Airplay issues - iPhone to iPad

Any ideas? iPhone 7 unable to Air Play/Screen Mirror to IPad (5th Gen)? Both on same WiFi network and IOS 13...while attempting to activate screen mirroring, continuous search for a device ensues....

Hello,

No iPad model supports acting as an AirPlay receiver. You can only AirPlay content from an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Macintosh to an Apple TV.
