Hello. Please help me. i Buy iphone 8 and then i try to use iphone in Russia. But phone not activated - sim card incorrect (russian sim-card). She tell my that iphone buy without contract. I have all documents. Phone in complete box. What i can do now to use my phone? Thank's a lot for yore answer.

Sounds like your iPhone is Carrier Locked. Return it to the seller and get your money back if they didn't tell you that. Otherwise contact AppleCare give them the Model and Serial numbers and tell them you just want to know which carrier it is locked with. Then contact that carrier and see if you qualify to have it unlocked.
Where, exactly, did you buy it?
If it's carrier locked, only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it.
Contact them.
