Не ставится аватарка на Apple ID

Don't put the avatar into your Apple ID.When you select an Apple ID picture, nothing happens.The picture is not put, nor what, although in Icloud on the computer it changes immediately.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Can you access another WiFi network?

Have you tried signing out of Settings/Your Name/iCloud and after waiting a few minutes, sign back in?

there is no access to another network.Logging out and in to Icloud didn't help

Rebooting the Iphone didn't help.On the computer, the photo changes immediately .
