My phone has been searching for service for weeks now. It had told me I needed to update, so I did this and it completed. However, a couple days later said it failed and cannot make calls until updated, but when I go to settings it says I am current on updates.
I did a factory reset and now it will not either, says the phone needs to be updated in order to Is there anything I can do?

Try the following steps: If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart.
Also, check to see if your iPhone is covered under the following repair program: iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues.
