How do I access my address book to enter desired email senders. Is it the same as my contacts?
email addresses are automatically entered when I enter the name of usual senders, but I have lately noticed regular mail is being put in junk. I can't remember how this was set up in the first place.

You can add their email address to a contact in the Contacts application. Mail messages may still go to Junk. You need to manually move a few of their messages from Junk to Inbox. This is the only way Mail will learn.

If an email mistakingly goes into Junk then you will need to move the message from Junk to your Inbox. This will tell Mail that you would like these kinds of messages to not go to Junk.
All I want to do is add a company that I deal with to my safe contacts so it will not go to junk mail. I don't want to make it a VIP contact, and I don't necessarily want to contact them. So if I just add it to contacts will that do it? Can I easily get a list of all the contacts I have allowed?
