Can't Arrange Apple Call or Make an Appointment to get support.

I've been using my new macbook for 1 month now and some problems started to appear. When I just try to get support from apple support the system is giving me the same error over and over again in evry option. Am I blocked or ssomething by apple ?

The page is giving me the same error message always with this code beneath the message.
