Bootcamp - Stuck on Windows Logo

After following the above steps, the bootcamp assistant said that it removed the partition and when I go to the loader I can select the USB to boot from but it no longer finds the windows installation.

What to do from here? Why would it have removed the partition?

In about-storage it shows the bootcamp partition still, but that it is not an available start up option when holding the option key and starting the computer. I did the step you described above and did not click continue, I installed windows to a usb then used the action key and installed the support on to that key, after it went through the process, it then said the partition has been removed from the ADLP or something like that, is it possible to add the partition back into the boot options?

I'm not super familiar with Windows so I'm not sure how to boot in safe mode. I think Automatic Updates were enabled as well.

I shut down, then selected the windows partition upon startup. I held the shift key but there was no difference. Still just the windows logo with no loading visual.
