how to fix my 2019 macbook pro stuck on bootcamp

Hello i have a 2019 13 inch macbook pro with touch bar, and have recently sucessfully download bootcamp inorder to game on windows. But have found my self stuck on windows after two weeks of good use, i have tried restarting my computer whilst holding the option key and have also looked in the tab bar in the lower right hand side of the screen, but have no icon which allows me to restart onto the mac portion of my computer. how can i fix this?

If Bootcamp drivers are not installed on your Mac, then Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support.


Also, run a SMC and NVRAM Reset and try to use Alt/Option key.
