Help! How to fix frozen Macbook Pro after bootcamp restart?
I’ve tried all options to restart and it never leaves the blue screen. I can’t reboot back to Macintosh. Thanks!

Try holding down the power button to force a shutdown. Or you can perform an SMC reset.
Power on the Mac and immediately hold down the Option key to access the Apple boot picker menu so you can manually select the macOS boot drive. If your Mac has a startup chime, then hold down the Option key immediately after hearing the Startup chime.
Performing a PRAM reset may remove the Windows boot option from the NVRAM settings and may default back to locating & booting macOS. Hold the PRAM reset for at least three chimes or a full minute if possible (depends on the exact model of your Mac).
Once you are able to boot macOS make sure to go to the Startup Disk System Preferences and make sure macOS is selected as the default boot drive.
Edit: Make sure you have a good backup of macOS before trying to fix the Windows boot issue. Many people end up losing access to the data on the macOS volume and/or making macOS unbootable when trying to deal with fixing Windows' boot issues.
