Canot connect to WiFi

When trying to connect to work WiFi on my iPhone I get this - "Error Opening Page Hotspot login cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred". I cleared Website Data - did not fix it, I also cleared History and Website Data, also did not fix it. Any help to fix this problem is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support


If the issue persists, you’ll want to contact the internet service provider.
