Does the same USB cable work with a wall charger, if you’ve dedicated a cable to the Mac?

Does the phone charge normally with a cable and a wall charger?

Is there other USB gear connected to the Mac USB (potentially with unpowered hubs) that’s also drawing power?

Tried rebooting both the phone and the Mac?
