my watch vibrates and dings but im not sure why.

Thanks for the response but no real explanation for why it dings periodically?

It would be nice if the watch would ding for an email coming in or a text coming in, but not sure if there is a way to make that happen?

When it dings I look at my phone and check email or text and most of the time thats not the reason for the alert. haptics alerts is currently turned off, but yet I still get sounds coming in. thanks
