At least 50 (fifty) times I've confirmed that my computer is to be trusted -- WHY WHY WHY????

I'm new to Apple after ditching my powerbook 25 years ago and I'm just as frustrated as back then.

Got an iphone 7 and the thing is so DUMB, it cannot remember my computer.

EVERY SINGLE TIME it asks me whether it should trust my computer and then I have to enter this idiotic 8-digit code.

SERIOUSLY????

There MUST be a way to end this madness -- Apple users have to earn a living too ... right?
