Recently I updated software on my I phone. Since then I am unable use LTE services. I have tried all the options on settings and cellular options
I am unable to use the LTE option

Without know what "all the options" includes I fear that anything I suggest will result in you replying "tried that". So for now I'll make only 2 suggestions:
- Check for a carrier settings update-->Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- Contact your carrier and verify that LTE is configured correctly for your account.
BTW, does all the options include restarting your phone?
Does it include updating iOS to 13.2.3?
Does it include resetting network settings?
