Is the account disabled or are you being asked to verify your payment information? More information would help.


You can verify your payment using the steps below.


Apple ID payment information - change


If disabled,


 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
