iOS 13.2.3 changing region by itself

This is strange and it is the third time is has happened. My iPhone 7 with iOS 13.2.3 is changing the Region setting (Setttings=>General=>Language and Region) from Italy (were I live) to United States. It is doing so autonomously and from one minute to the next. I haven't it yet correlated to any event (such as plugin the phone in with CarPlay or installing updates or anything else). It just happens and it has happened, for now, only in the morning.

Every time it does so it changes my settings (date, units of measures) and activates the app Apple News which doesn't even work in Europe.

Kindly help.

I have the same problem in Sweden. It has escalated from every now and then to every time I connect the phone to car play. Changes region and language and gets really hot. Vw

Also happening on my iPhone 7, but only since iOS 13.5.1 - everything below iOS 13.5 worked for me. Has anyone tested the iOS 14 beta and if it still happens there?

It can not be Spotify or Spotify only - I don’t use it at all and the problem appears.

Same here, from Portuguese (Portugal) to English (US) by itself.

i’m running iOS 13.5.1 on a iPhone 7.

Now it’s happening everytime I connect to CarPlay.
