Whenever I restart my iMac I always have to 'Command Option F5' and disable 'Mouse keys'? I have tried everything I can think of to permanently turn off that feature that I accidentally turned on.
You didn't mention what steps you've taken to try and disable Mousekeys, so my apologies if you have tried these already.
Make sure the 'Mouse Keys' shortcut checkbox is unchecked.
Make sure the 'Press the Option key five times to toggle Mouse Keys' checkbox is unchecked.
Make sure the 'Enable Mouse Keys' checkbox is unchecked.
