Hello hazim97,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with enabling Voice Control. Thanks for also showing an example of the error you are receiving.

1. I recommend trying again: Use Voice Control on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

2. If you have tried again and have the same issue, do you have enough storage space on your device? This article will help understand your device storage: About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support

3. If you have tried multiple times and have plenty of device storage, it's possible the issue is caused by the wireless network you are connected to. I recommend trying while connected to a different wireless network. You can also try by turning off Wi-Fi and testing only with your cellular connection (if possible.)

  • To turn Wi-Fi off and use your cellular connection, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and turn the slider off. Be aware that this will use your cellular data until you turn Wi-Fi back on.

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
