Export Notes as images - is there an efficient way to extract scanned photos out of Notes?

While visiting family recently I scanned about 150 old photos into my Notes app on the phone, which have successfully propagated to Notes on my iMac at home. (Mojave)

My goal is to extract these scanned documents as images, and migrate most of them to Photos.

HOWEVER, I haven't been able to figure out any way to do this that doesn't involve going through multiple intermediary steps for each individual image (saving each one as a PDF, exporting the PDF as a JPEG, then importing the JPEG into Photos).

Is there any better way to get this done?

Hi bnachison,

It sounds like you're trying to manage all of your scan in Notes and I want to help.

In the Notes app on your Mac, in the menu bar click View > Show Attachments Browser > Scans.

Here you can select all your attached scans, control-click and choose Save Attachments.
