I have apple watch series1 38mm os version 4.3.2(15U70) model MLCF2X/A and i did not get any update after 4.3.2 please help me guys what should i do.

You probably have the Original watch which cannot be updated beyond Os 4.3.2.
i also have series 1 42mm and i get the update now its 6.1 but in 38mm i didnt get the update
The 38mm one you have is a Series 0, not a Series 1. It isn't capable of 5.0 or above.
