I could not import photos from my iphone to computer. when I click "Import" it says: We're having trouble connecting. I clicked "More info" and followed the instruction but it did not work. What should I do?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help importing your iPhone photos to a computer.
Here are instructions for both Mac and PC: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Make sure all devices are updated. You may even want to try a different cable or USB port.
You can use iCloud Photos to transfer the pictures as well on a PC: Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC.
