can not import photo from my iPhone 11 to MAC even though updated

What does that mean? When you connect your phone to your Mac, you need to run Image Capture on. Select your iPhone from the device list if it is not selected > Set the output folder for your iPhone photos. Click Import or Import all to transfer photos from iPhone to Mac.
Did not come out the import screen.
