Spotify Canvas Aspect Ratio 9:16 - is it possible?

I'm tasked with editing a clip for the digital music platform spotify, the requirement is that it's in a 9:16 aspect ratio. No i haven't got that the wrong way round. For reference look at any Little Mix top tracks on spotify on your phone.

I can't see an option to do this in FCP X 10.4.7.

HELP PLEASE

I've been using Final Cut Pro for about a month and am doing okay (thank Heavens for You Tube!), but I've one (probably stupid) question that I hope the pros here might be able to answer for me. I'm making a 45 minute video to go with an album I've produced for my band. File->New Project, click "Use Custom Settings", then choose Custom and type the dimensions:
