problems printing excel and numbers since I updated to Catalina

Hello,

Since I upgraded my Mac to Catalina, I cannot print excel files, no numbers files.

What comes out of the printer is tens of pages with some raw of small rectangles on top, regardless if I formatted to print only one page or not.

I found a very tedious solution, which is to export to PDF what I want to print out and only then to print it.

But it must be another way.

By the way, in case that matters, my printer is Samsung M2020 laser jet.

Thanks!

Hi there, BoYPL.

I see that you're unable to use your Samsung M2020 laser printer when printing an Excel or Numbers spreadsheet. You only get the graph lines, and I'm glad to help.

If you can't print from your Mac or iOS device -- This article provides the information and steps that you need under "If your printer isn't AirPrint-enabled" when you're unable to print from your Mac.

Take care.
