apple developer account- enrollment

i have purchased apple developer membership. All goes well. I was charged also .

But when I visit developer site, it asks to complete my enrollment. it is been 4 weeks now and still cannot able to access my account can anyone help please ?

sent so many emails and contacted apple team but there is no response yet
