Accidental change of Apple Store Country

Hello,


Somehow my App Store, Apple Music, and Apple TV were all switched from US to UK. I am unable to access my music, shows, or movies, and am unable to switch back to US because of my Apple Music subscription. I believe this happened accidentally when I was searching Safari for a movie that was only available in the UK store and when I clicked on the search result it switched my App Store country. Is there anyway to switch back without cancelling my Apple Music membership?

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with changing your region. Any subscription will have to be cancelled before you can change your region.


This article has the process to change your region: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


This article will help you cancel your subscriptions so you can change the country: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


  • "If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date."


If you still have issues, or can't wait for your Apple Music billing date to end before changing your country, please contact AppleCare:


  • "If you can't complete any of the steps, can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support."
