iCloud Lock

I recently bought an iPhone online. It was listed as an unlocked device, however upon receiving it I came to find out it is iCloud locked. I cannot reach the seller and I cannot use the device. Is there any way to bypass this? Please help!

No; it's an anti-theft measure. Ask the people running the website where you bought it for a refund.
