Failed Validation - Can’t download episodes from your feed.

RSS feed: https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/748373.rss

I validated my RSS feed on https://podba.se/validate/ and it is working just fine on Google Podcasts, Stitcher, iHeart Radio, and Spotify.

However, when I try to submit to Podcasts Connect, I keep getting the "Failed Validation" error and it says "Can’t download episodes from your feed."

Can anyone help me understand what the issue is here?

The URL of your media file is

https://www.buzzsprout.com/748373/2213726-december-1st-2019.mp3?blob_id=7000673

This works in a browser, and downloads and plays when subscribing in iTunes. However I would think that the problem lies in the fact that the URL does not end with the extention - .mp3 - which is causing Podcasts Connect not to recognize it as a media file. I would advise getting rid of the question mark and everything after it.
