Why does Apple block emails coming to my @me.com email address if they are from protonmail accounts? How do I get this stopped?

As in they simply don’t get through. They don’t show up in junk, nothing. I can test run the email by sending it from my protonmail account to my @me account and gmail account, it is received fine on gmail, even aol mail but apple? Nope. Nada.
Ugh really? I am so not loving Apple right now. I spoke to one of the tech team for a large organisation I work with where everyone is encouraged to use protonmail for security purposes and they are really getting irritated with Protonmail emails being filtered out when sent to apple and hotmail addresses.
Yes, contacting Apple Support is what I originally tried to do but none of their ‘helpful’ categories include them blocking emails hence me coming here to see what anyone else had done. Anyway thanks for yr input.
Check your email settings for the @me account to see if you have any filters set at the server level.

How are these messages "blocked"?
Honestly can’t see where I can do that or how. Nothing about filters or servers in my general ‘mail settings’ on the ipad.
I believe you would have to do that on a computer.
Then you are going to have to take that up with the provider, or contact Apple Support to see if they can provide you with any additional information.
You're welcome. In all of my time here, I've never heard of protonmail, so I hope you find an answer.
